COPPER
For all of your copper needs, we can help. It will be our pleasure to advise you on the best class of copper to have the best possible performance versus durability.
Arm
The arms are arranged horizontally and hold the electrode holders. Depending on your dimensions, we can supply copper arms at competitive prices.
Wheel
The wheels are the electrodes of a "seam" type welder. Depending on your dimensions and the required class, we can supply copper wheels at competitive prices.
Custom
Depending on your dimensions and the grade of your choice, we can supply copper at competitive prices for particular applications.
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS? WE HAVE ANSWERS!
What classes of copper are available?
We offer all grades of copper and refractory copper (total of 14). Class 1, 2 and 3 are the most popular. Contact us and we will advise you.
What is the difference between the copper classes?
The alloy is not the same for the different classes of copper. The result of the different alloys is the hardness of the copper. Class 1 copper is softer and excellent for power distribution. Class 3 copper is harder but also more resistive. Contact us to find out which alloy best suits your needs.
Can I choose the copper class for my electrodes?
Yes, without a problem. From start, we sell class 2 electrodes because it is the class that offers the best hardness/conductivity ratio. However, several aspects must be evaluated in order to make the right choice such as production rate and use.
