Alpha 2
The Alpha2 controller provides complete management of the welding sequence. Direct programming, via touch-sensitive keys, gives you ease of adjustment allowing you to program squeeze time, weld time, hold time and desired heat.
Spot configuration
By combining the Alpha2 controller with your spot welder, you will be able to program your parameters such as squeeze time, weld time, hold time and desired heat. The spot configuration requires sustained and constant production, which the Alpha2 delivers with reliability.
Butt configuration
By combining the Alpha2 controller with your butt welder, you will be able to program your parameters such as squeeze time, weld time, hold time and desired heat. This configuration was developed to work in concert with the mechanical aspect of the process.

Can my controller work in sustained production?
With no problem. You also have access to the repeat function allowing sustained welding without having to deactivate the pedal.
Are the Alpha2 and Gamma2 series controller available in multiple voltages?
Yes, we produce from 220V to 600V. Please contact us for details.
